Modern life can pull us out of nature's rhythms, and so we intentionally connect back to ( the moon, the season, the body's intelligence) to connect back to ourselves because we are nature too. Under the radiant glow of February's Full Moon and in celebration of Imbolc (the return of light), we invite you to join us in aligning with the profound wisdom this lunation offers.

This full moon, often called the "Snow Moon" due to its timing in the winter months when the earth (on the east coast) is still.

Through deep listening, present-moment awareness, somatic energy work, reflection, and guided practices, we will expand our consciousness and awaken the energy that fosters healing, deep connection, and clarity, allowing us to move forward with intention.
