This ancient way of gathering is for womxn to connect to their heart space.  It is a place where everyone is seen, held, heard and honored. a place to be loved, appreciated and safe to be just the way we truly are.

Every circle incorporates a little light magical work, so at times we may enter a light trance state guided by Alexis through her healing work on individuals and the group as a whole. Light trance in circle can also be achieved through guided meditation, deep listening/presence, journaling, or ritual that awakens our awareness and helps to free our minds so that the powerful images and associations from our unconscious can surface more easily. 

We always invite our benevolent guides, guardians, angels and ancestors and many times they come through for individuals to share their support or guidance. 

Expect to feel more open, more clear and more connected to yourself and others during and after the heartwarming experience.
