Circles have evolved and may include guided visualization, energy clearing, sound healing, journaling, goddess guidance/pulling cards, authentic judgement-free sharing, embodiment/movement and different ways to find the release we need to open up to authenticity. Every circle is different and we will see what the energy of the circle/women needs.
